Pick it, prep it and freeze some tubs of the yummy pesto or wild garlic butter, it’s great on steak, through mash potato, toss hot pasta with some of the pesto, it’s wild and it’s good for your.
Wild Garlic Pesto:
200 grs wild garlic leaves,
120 grs of grated Parmesan,
350 mls virgin olive oil and half light olive oil
100 grs of cashew nuts or pine nuts
a twist of salt and pepper.
Blitz the lot in food processor.
